Our federated approach. Instead of claiming to be a one-stop shop, we have independent divisions focusing on strategy, design, development and video. This way, we continue to develop and deliver deep expertise in each area to clients, while benefitting from the wider pool of capabilities we can draw from, and bring in.
We primarily serve Business to Business (B2B) companies, but within that categorisation, we work with every type of industry, from Space to Fintech, Healthcare, EdTech, Procurement, Legal, AI, HR, and the list goes on.
We also work with Social Enterprises, Non-profits, Climate-tech companies.
For us, strategy starts with taking on only clients we can help and vice versa. In the initial scoping phase, if we feel a project would not help you at this time, we politely say no, and even refer you to others who could help. If we do work together, we clearly spell out both what deliverables you will get, what outcomes you can expect and what the unknowns are so that you can do a cost-benefit analysis.
No. The whole reason we have separate business lines is to avoid this pressure.
We work collaboratively with your team, and see our role as helping every stakeholder see benefits in their day to day work, and careers. We work on point in time projects with only occasional long-term projects, and do not have aspirations to get into the space of outsourced business functions.
As of now, we do not take on ongoing performance marketing, or social media posting after an initial set up period. We work in a build-operate-transfer model where we set it up, and onboard an expert or ideally, your own team for ongoing execution.
